Ali Milner is channeling her excitement into an intimate performance to celebrate the launch of her new album, I Dare You. Among the songs included in the up-close and personal concert set will be the single “Crystal Clear.” She’ll enchant fellow music lovers from the stage at Free Times Café, 320 College Street, Wednesday, December 16th with doors at 6:30 p.m. and concert at 7 p.m. The performance is open to the public and tickets are available at the door for $8.

The 19-year-old pop/jazz sensation has been wowing fans at home and abroad with her pure, velvety vocals and piano skills. After celebrating the completion of her album with a special performance at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, Ali hopped on a plane for three U.K. shows, including a one at London’s Canada House at Trafalgar Square for the Canadian Tourism Commission.

Coming up for the Whistler native is a big-ticket appearance at “A Garden of Earthly Delights Gala” at The Cultch (Vancouver East Cultural Centre) and the re-release of her holiday single, “I Love Christmas,” in December. The New Year will bring the broadcast of her taped performance at the Chan Centre on CBC Radio 2’s Canada Live.
